- Complete 35 hours of structured training with an IMC Accredited Training Provider
- Complete the IMC Foundation Course
- Complete 20 mentoring hours
- Complete the IMC assessment successfully

You can get CPM credentialed through one of the following pathways depending on your situation:
a. Learning: Individuals progressing in mentoring with limited formal training
b. Professional Recognition: Experienced mentors with prior training, mentoring hours or existing credentials.
There are two fee structures for a CPM credential:
a. For existing IMC members – $275
b. For Individual Membership + CPM Credential – $425
