- Complete 35 hours of structured training with an accredited provider
- Complete the IMC Foundation Course
- Complete 20 mentoring hours
- Successfully complete IMC assessment

Experienced mentors with prior training, mentoring hours or existing credentials
Requirements / Process
- Submit proof of prior training/existing credentials, 100 mentoring hours or similar
- Complete the IMC Foundation Course
- Verification of prior learning or experience
- Successfully complete IMC assessment

Credential awarded upon successful completion

CPM Credential Fees & Validity
Eligibility:
Candidates must be active members of the International Mentoring Center (IMC) to apply for the Certified Professional Mentor (CPM) credential.
Fee Structure:
- Individual Membership + CPM Credential : $425
- Existing IMC Members : $275
Credential Validity:
- 3 years from the date of issuance
