Volunteering with the IMC Singapore region offers many opportunities to advance your mentoring career, from leading a local chapter to participating actively in community events. But it goes beyond giving back to your community; it is also a chance for mentors and mentees to acquire new mentoring skills, broaden connections, and impact their community.
As a chapter leader, you will be instrumental in helping the mentoring community by organizing events and other community-led activities for IMC Singapore. Your involvement in implementing mentoring programs, collaborating with other volunteers, and promoting community involvement will be valued by IMC and will make you eligible for Mentor Development Credits (MDCs) during the renewal of your credentials.
