As we move through 2025, we at the International Mentoring Center (IMC) have been reflecting on the journey we’ve taken together and where we’re headed next.
Mentoring is, at its core, about connection. It’s about people supporting each other, learning together, and growing into the best versions of themselves. And if the past few months have shown us anything, it’s that this work is more important than ever.
What we’ve been talking about lately...
In March, we explored how mentoring shapes the cultures we live and work in and how thought leadership starts with everyday actions. We also took a close look at some of the most common mentoring challenges and shared practical ways to move through them. These conversations sparked deeper reflection, and we’re grateful for the insights many of you have shared with us since then.
