This agreement governs your use of the International Mentoring Center (IMC) Website and services and establishes the terms and conditions between you, the user, and the owner(s) of the IMC Website.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and using the International Mentoring Center (IMC) Website. Your use of the Website signifies your agreement to comply with the terms outlined in this document.

We reserve the right to modify this Terms of Use policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Website. While we may provide notice of material changes, it is your responsibility to regularly review the terms. Delivery Policy
Our delivery policy ensures the timely provision of certification, accreditation, and membership services as outlined in the service agreement. In cases of unforeseen delays, transparent communication will be maintained, and every effort will be made to promptly resolve issues while upholding the quality standards of our services.

Refund Policy
Membership fees are paid upon application, and renewal occurs annually. Once an applicant has accessed or completed the certification or accreditation application(s), they are not eligible for a refund. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of membership payment will not be entertained.

Your Content

Content uploaded by you is deemed “Your Content.” You are responsible for ensuring it complies with laws and does not violate third-party intellectual property rights. IMC is indemnified against any claims arising from Your Content.

Suspension and Termination

IMC reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you breach terms, pose legal liabilities, or threaten platform integrity. Termination does not waive other remedies available, and specific clauses survive termination.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property in the IMC Website and Services is owned by the International Mentoring Center. Users are prohibited from taking actions that impair or damage IMC’s Intellectual Property.

Representations and Warranties

IMC provides the platform “AS IS” and disclaims all warranties. IMC is not liable for damages arising from platform use.

Limitation of Liability

Users indemnify IMC for claims related to content submitted. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

IMC is not responsible for third-party website content linked to the platform.

Miscellaneous

The governing law is the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. IMC may assign rights; users may not. Failure to enforce a remedy does not waive breach rights.
