- Complete 50 hours of structured training with an IMC Accredited Training Provider
- Complete the IMC Foundation Course
- Complete 100 mentoring hours
- Complete the IMC assessment successfully

IMC Certified Master Mentor credential awarded upon successful completion

Requirements / Process

When you become an approved Certified Master Mentor (CMM), it signifies your association with Global Standards, being Professionally Distinct, and demonstrates a Commitment to Excellence.
You can get IMC CMM credential through one of the following pathways depending on your situation:
a. Learning: Mentors advancing to the master level with formal training.
b. Professional recognition: Highly experienced mentors with prior training, extensive mentoring hours or existing credentials.
There are two fee structures for a CMM credential:
a. For existing IMC members – $625
b. Individual Membership + CMM Credential – $475
